  • Are the laptops with genuine software?

    We are a Microsoft Authorized Third-Party Refurbisher (TPR). Every refurbished laptop comes with a genuine, pre-installed Microsoft Windows license. Devices are professionally tested, cleaned, and restored to Microsoft’s refurbishing standards.

  • Can I return a laptop if I’m not satisfied?

    Yes. We offer a return policy within 15 days (check our Return Policy page for details).

  • Do all laptops come with a warranty?

    Yes. Every renewed laptop we sell comes with 6-month warranty. The warranty covers hardware issues such as the motherboard, RAM, storage, and display problems. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse.

  • Do you provide delivery?

    Yes. We deliver across the UAE (or your service region) within 1 to 3 days after placing the order
