What does “Renewed laptop” mean?
Renewed laptops are pre-owned devices that have been professionally tested and restored to to meet quality standards. Every laptop undergoes a thorough quality check, including battery health testing, hardware verification, and software validation, before being listed.

Are the laptops with genuine software?
Every refurbished laptop comes with a genuine, pre-installed Microsoft Windows license. Devices are professionally tested, cleaned, and restored as per the refurbishing standards.

Can I return a laptop if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a return policy within 15 days (check our Return Policy page for details).

Do all laptops come with a warranty?
Yes. Every renewed laptop we sell comes with up to 6-month warranty (6 months warranty for the Grade A laptops. 3 months warranty for the Grade B laptops, 1 months warranty for the Grade C laptops). The warranty covers hardware issues such as the motherboard, RAM, storage, and display problems. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse.
