    At Toplap, we are committed to delivering your renewed technology quickly and securely. Every laptop is professionally inspected, carefully packaged, and handed to a trusted courier partner before it reaches your door. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order across the UAE.

    1. Delivery Areas

    Toplap offers door-to-door delivery throughout all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Whether you are in the heart of Dubai or in a more remote area of one of the northern emirates, we will get your order to you.

    We currently deliver to the following emirates:

    Delivery is available to residential addresses, offices, commercial buildings, and free zones across all emirates. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate β€” including your apartment or villa number, building name, floor, and the nearest landmark β€” to avoid any delays or failed delivery attempts.

    We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a UAE address. If you have a specific delivery requirement, contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

    2. Shipping Charges

    2.1 Free Shipping on All Orders

    Toplap offers completely FREE standard shipping on every order placed through www.toplap.ae. Free shipping applies nationwide to all seven UAE emirates, with no minimum order value required. Whether you are purchasing one laptop or multiple devices, you will not pay a single dirham in shipping costs.

    2.2 No Hidden Fees

    We believe in full transparency. There are no additional shipping fees, handling charges, packaging surcharges, or fuel levies applied at checkout or at any point during your order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay β€” nothing more.

    You will not encounter any surprise charges at checkout or upon delivery. All applicable costs are displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

    3. Delivery Timeline

    We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is a breakdown of the two stages that make up your total delivery time:

    3.1 Order Processing & Handling (1 Business Day)

    Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing your order. During this stage, we complete the following:

    β€’Β Β Β Β  Final 25-point hardware quality check to confirm the laptop is in the described condition.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  Verification that licensed Windows software is activated and functioning correctly.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  Professional packaging β€” the laptop is wrapped in anti-static bubble wrap, placed in a sturdy box with foam padding, and all accessories (charger, cables) are packed securely alongside the device.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  Generation of the shipping label and handover to our courier partner.

    Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) UAE time on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a UAE public holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.

    Business days are Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and UAE public holidays are not included in processing or transit time calculations.

    3.2 Transit Time (1–2 Business Days)

    Once your order has been dispatched and handed to our courier partner, the estimated transit times are 1-2 business days

    3.3 Total Estimated Delivery Time

    Combining processing and transit time, most customers across the UAE can expect to receive their order within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order placement. Dubai and neighboring emirates typically receive orders within 1 to 2 business days.

    3.4 Delays

    While we work hard to meet these timelines, delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location, courier capacity, or high-demand periods such as UAE National Day, Ramadan, or other public holidays. In the event of a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you proactively via email or phone with an updated estimate. You can also reach out to us at any time for a delivery status update.

    4. Packaging & Product Safety

    We take the safety of your laptop during transit very seriously. Every device is packaged by our team with care before being handed to the courier:

    β€’Β Β Β Β  The laptop is wrapped in anti-static bubble wrap or foam padding to protect against impact and static damage.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  The wrapped device is placed inside a double-walled cardboard box with additional void fill material to prevent any movement during transit.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  The charger and all accessories are packed separately within the same box, secured to prevent contact damage.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  The box is sealed firmly with strong packing tape and labeled clearly with your delivery address and the RMA/order reference.

    If your order arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, please take clear photographs before opening the box and contact us immediately at info@toplap.ae. Do not discard the packaging, as it may be required for a courier damage claim.

    5. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS. This notification will include:

    β€’Β Β Β Β  Your Toplap order number and a summary of the items dispatched.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  The name of the courier partner handling your delivery.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  A unique tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

    You can use the tracking link at any time to check the current status and estimated delivery date of your order. Tracking information is typically activated within a few hours of dispatch.

    If you have not received a tracking notification within 2 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking link is not updating, please contact us at info@toplap.ae or call +971 56 761 2146 and we will investigate promptly.

    You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at www.toplap.ae and visiting the Orders section.

    6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

    Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package during standard delivery hours. If you are not available to receive the delivery:

    β€’Β Β Β Β  A second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  If the second attempt also fails, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for up to 5 business days.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  You will be notified via the phone number or email provided at checkout so you can arrange redelivery or collection.

    If the package is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within 5 business days, it will be returned to Toplap. In this case, you may request a reshipment β€” standard shipping will apply again β€” or a refund of the product value. The original shipping fee (if any) and return courier costs will not be refunded in this scenario.

    To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is active and reachable during business hours, and that your delivery address is complete and correct.

    7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

    If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order:

    β€’Β Β Β Β  Before dispatch: We can modify the address or cancel the order at no charge if the order has not yet been handed to the courier.

    β€’Β Β Β Β  After dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we are able to change the delivery address, but not able to Β cancel the shipment. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered under our Return & Refund Policy.
