Welcome to www.toplap.ae (the β€œSite”), owned and operated by Topla Solutions Β FZ-LLC (β€œwe”, β€œour”, or β€œus”).

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, return & refund policies, warranty terms, and any additional guidelines or policies posted on our Site (collectively referred to as the β€œTerms”), govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (together, the β€œServices”). This includes all transactions, communications, and activities related to purchasing renewed and certified used laptops from Toplap across all Emirates of the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

By accessing, registering, and/or using the Site or our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. We may update or amend these Terms at our sole discretion to reflect changes in our business, technology, or applicable UAE laws. Legal Compliance
In compliance with United Arab Emirates regulations, Toplap does not provide products or services to any country, individual, or entity listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions list.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law, Toplap and its partners are not responsible for any problems or losses that may happen from using our website, services, or products. This includes things like:

Product Information & Availability

  • Product Grades: Toplap offers laptops in various conditions, including A grade, B grade, and C grade. Each product listing provides detailed information about the device's condition, including battery health and any other imperfections.
  • Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We have the right to discontinue , delete any product at any time.
  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Ordering & Payment
  • Order Process: By placing an order from Toplap, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products on the website. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
    • Cash on Delivery (where available)
    • Bank Transfer
    • Digital Wallets (as available)
  • Order Confirmation: Order confirmation will be sent via email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery is typically 1-3 business days within the UAE. In some situations delivery times may vary based on location and the product availability.
  • Delivery Charges: Free deliveryΒ  offered on all theΒ  orders, as specified on our website.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Period
You can return a product within 20 days of delivery if satisfying:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product has undisclosed defects that affect functionality
  • The product is damaged during shipping

Condition for Returns
Returned products must be:

  • products that are opened or have been slightly used
  • less used and undamaged
  • Accompanied by original receipt/invoice
  • Free from any additional software installations or data

To initiate a return:

  1. Use return option on website or contact our customer service within the return period
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely for return shipping/
  5. We will provide the return shipping label for download and print.

Refunds
Usually Approved refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days using the original payment method.

Β Non-Returnable Items
Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products damaged by customer-installed software or modifications
  • Products returned after the 20 days period

WARRANTY

Limited Warranty
All laptops come with a limited warranty covering:

  • Hardware defects in materials and workmanship
  • Period: 6 Months for basic warrantyΒ 
  • Coverage excludes physical damage, and misuse

Warranty Claims
To claim warranty service:

  • Contact customer support with proof of purchase
  • Describe the issue in detail
  • Follow provided troubleshooting steps
  • Return product for inspection if required

Warranty Limitations
Warranty will not get if:

  • Product is damaged by water, drops, physical damage, liquid exposure, cracks, bend or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are made
  • Product is used for purposes other than intended

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Software
Products are sold with basic operating systems where applicable. We do not guarantee compatibility with specific software or provide technical support for software issues.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product
  • We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
  • Some limitations may not apply due to mandatory consumer protection laws

Indemnification
You agree to take responsibility and protect Toplap from any problems or costs that may happen because of:

  • How you use Toplap’s products or services
  • Not following these Terms & Conditions
  • Violating the rights of someone else

In simple terms, if your actions cause any issues, damages, or legal claims, you are agreeing to cover them so that Toplap isn’t held responsible.
